On this page, you can find the policies related to our website, hosted at nest.utwente.nl, and our ticket shop hosted at events.apollo.utwente.nl/nest. This policy does not apply to pages on the events.apollo.utwente.nl domain that are not sub-pages of the before-mentioned URL. If you have any questions about them, please contact the board.

We use (functional) cookies and similar technology to allow our members to log in on the website and access member-only information and we use cookies in our ticket shop to keep track of what you have in your cart and allow you to access the tickets you purchased. We do not use cookies to track you across websites and do not share cookies with third parties.

Privacy Policy

Information submitted through our contact form or reservation form is stored for administrative purposes, so we can keep track of reservations and respond to your emails. This information is stored on our server, hosted at SNT, and on in our email server, hosted by Google. This is also the case for any emails sent to addresses on the domain @nest.utwente.nl.

Information submitted through payment forms in our ticket shop is kept for administrative and legal purposes. This shop is hosted by Apollo on servers owned by SNT. Payment information is also stored on servers from our payment provider, Stripe, and may also be backed up on servers from Google for our bookkeeping. Purchase data we are not legally required to collect, will be deleted within 3 months after the date of the show the ticket was purchased for.

Refund policy

You may cancel a purchased show ticket by contacting the board. If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, we will fully reimburse your ticket price. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the show, we will offer you a voucher for one of our next shows. Canceling less than 24 hours before the show is not possible. We will not offer any compensation in that case. We are unable to refund donations.

Donation policy

Donations are non-refundable. You will not receive a physical nor digital product in return for a donation.
